- In-Store Purchases : All in-store purchases are final sale. We do not offer returns or refunds for items purchased directly from our physical store. We encourage customers to carefully inspect and try on products before completing their purchase.
2. Online Purchases : We understand that online shopping can be tricky, so we offer limited exchange options under the following conditions:
a. Exchange for Size/Fit Issues : If your item doesn’t fit, you may request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the exchange.
- The item must be returned in unused condition, with all original packaging and tags intact.

- 1–2 business days for addresses within Lagos

3–5 business days for addresses outside Lagos

b. Wrong Item Delivered : If you receive a wrong or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. In such cases, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange, and we will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement.

3. Condition of Returned Items
All returned products must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Free of scratches or damage
- Returned with original case, cleaning cloth, and packaging
We reserve the right to decline exchanges or refunds if items do not meet these conditions.
